Gluten-free, Dairy-free Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
- Basic vegetable soup, preferably organic. Or broth of your choice. - 1 Can
- kelp / sea weed - One sheet
- Frozen peas & carrots - Half bag
- Quinoa - 1/4 cup
- Diced onion & garlic to taste
- Finely chopped broccoli florets, preferably organic - 4
- Finely chopped spinach, arugula, or other leaves, preferably organic
- Spices/seasonings to taste
Instructions
Add all ingredients and cook on stove.
